1) Select your trip. Contact us to inquire about availability for scheduled or open departures, or to arrange individually designed trips. Trips should be booked at least 30 days before departure date. Please make sure to allow adequate time for settling the arrangements prior to booking. (Last minute travel opportunity? Please contact us. We may be able to make arrangements with as little as 2 weeks notice!) 2) Once we have agreed on
the arrangements, you will be sent payment instructions. 3) The booking will be
confirmed after we receive the booking form
and a deposit of 20% of the trip cost. 4) The balance of payment
will be settled in U.S. Dollars directly before commencement of the
trip. If you cancel: Cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply: Up to 60 days before departure - 50% of any deposit paid; 30 to 59 days before departure - 75% of deposit; less than 30 days before departure - 100% of deposit. |
